DIY Scented Laundry Sponges.

Who doesn't love good smelling laundry? I know I do! I am a sucker for clothes that waft a good scent that just makes your day so much better. But I absolutely hate over using the fabric softener that just makes the clothes give such a strong smell. And I always end up using two packs of fabric softener in a month! Thats £3 extra on your grocery bill!

So to save the concentrate and to use just the perfect amount of it, this idea of laundry sponges works amazingly well!

This is the most easiest and most convenient way to save your fabric softener and you can keep using the sponges over and over again.

All you need is:
- A tub
- Sponges cut to the size of your tub
- Fabric Softener of your choice.

Put the sponges in the tub and pour the fabric softener in the tub till the sponges are soaked. Give it an hour for the sponges to soak up all the concentrate and pop one sponge in the washing next.
There you have it! Once you take the sponge out of the washing, pop it in the tub again to soak it.

This hack literally lasts me at least THREE months! How cool is that?

There are lots of ways to make your own fabric softener as well but it was a bit too much work for me. Plus I can not handle strong scents of essential oils. But this just works a treat!

What is your favourite laundry hack? Would you be trying this out? Let me know in the comments below!
